All of Roxana Lynch's couture hair adornments are exclusively handcrafted in my studio in Miami, FL. Each headpiece is designed and assembled with love and the utmost care to ensure it is tailored uniquely to you.

Here you'll find I answered most of the common questions I get asked all the time. I’ll always try to explain everything you need to know and clear possible doubts with the content displayed on this page.

What materials do you use to create your couture hair adornments and hats?

Mix media, including vintage treasures that I have been collected from decades from all my life travels. My craftsmanship involves marrying traditional millinery techniques with modern aesthetics along with the most luxurious and exotic elements.

European lace and guipure in metallic hues from France and Italy. Soft and sheer chiffons, silks, organza and other textile and fabric wonders. Gemstones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, rare beads, and metal findings. Real gifts from mother nature worked with my secret preservation technique. All of them intricately assembled into one-of-a-kind accessories to compliment your wishes and make you unforgettable.

How do I take proper care of my pieces?

Caring for your Roxana Lynch’s pieces starts with proper wear, knowing when to put them on and when to take them off.

To preserve your accessories to last for life, new and flawless:

+ Put accessories on after applying cream, serum, makeup, perfume, and hairspray.

+ Avoid wearing metallic pieces in wet or damp hair, in water or after swimming in salt water.

+ Handle gems and pearls as little as possible. Skin oil can dull their appearance.

+ Use Silver Dry Cloths or Jewelry Polishing Cloths on metal to clean oils and dirt after use.

+ Avoid performing household manual tasks while wearing your accessories. Remove them as soon as getting home.

+ Keep your accessories in a safe place away from excessive sunlight.

+ Steam any feather accessories or textile that look wrinkled or has lost its shape.

+ Dry clean fiber, and textile accessories with a professional service that handles appliqués or beaded gowns.

+ Store them in drawstring pouch, their original packaging or a head mannequin.

+ Place them in a container to prevent pieces from moving around and getting scratched when traveling.

+ Beware to keeping clips, pins or any small accessories out of the sight of small children or pets to avoid accidental swallowing.

Will my piece look identical like the one online?

Since my work is handcrafted, each one may differ a little bit from the photo but is equally captivating.

Are you able to create a unique, special piece just for me?

Yes! Custom Commissions are my mojo. I would love to create a one-of-a-kind piece for your big day or best occasion. Please contact me with your inquiry, and we'll take it from there. I’ll respond within 5 business days and do my best to please you and put a smile on your face.

Can you customize one of your existing designs?

Yes!, customization is an option offered in Custom Commissions . They vary depending on the style and material available at the time. Just contact me to discuss your ideas and share more details.

I love this design! Can you copy it, exactly?

No, non, nahi, niet, nope!, never. I won’t copy other designer’s work. It goes against my values, the law and is bad karma! If you really love that design, be supportive and buy it from them. I can take it as a reference as what inspires you, but if you commission a Bespoke headpiece from me, that is exactly what you should expect. A Roxana Lynch Bespoke headpiece. Where is your boutique? I want to visit you for a consultation?

My studio is located in Miami. At the moment, I don’t offer private consultations in my studio.

I currently offer my collections exclusively from our website. You can shop online 24/7 in your comfort zone!

For Custom Commissions , once you contact me me with your inquiry, I’ll send a form asking for all I need to know to create your dream headpiece. I barely take measurements anymore. Most of my hair adornments are designed to fit you well regardless of your head frame.

Occasionally, I do participate in curated markets, trunk shows, or I am invited to showcase my collection in retail stores.

When should I place my Bespoke order?

Creating uniquely beautiful things is not a quickie! Always is better to give it as much time as you can afford. Sometimes the muse is right there, sometimes is not. To me, is important to honor and respect the timing of my creative process. I don’t force it, because I need to keep loving what I do with such passion after many years creating.

Please, place your Custom Commissions  as soon as you have chosen your gown, don’t wait until the last moment. If possible, do it at least 3 months before your big event or wedding to allow enough time for production and shipping.

How long should I wait until I receive my Bespoke headpiece?

Production time is based on the order and my bookings. Even though it can be much less (if I have everything I need in stock), the average timeframe for orders is between 3-8 weeks. This includes concept, brainstorming, design, and confection; as well as the ordering of supplies and shipping of the product.

Keep in mind that, while I’d love to accept all Bespoke Commissions, there is a limit on how many of them I can handle. I will wholeheartedly appreciate it if you submit your inquiry in time to be able to meet your expectations.

Plan in advance and place your order, especially when nearing holidays!

What payment options do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal. Also, direct transfer via Zelle, and Venmo. You can pay using your Paypal account if you have one, as well.

Sorry, but I don’t take money orders or personal checks.

How can I pay if I don't have a Paypal account?

You don't need to have an account to use Paypal. You can directly and safely pay with your credit card and shop with confidence.

How secure is your store?

All online payments are processed via Shopify, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Shopify uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. You will be charged sales tax associated with your purchase during the checkout process. When you mention a budget limit in your inquiry, please notice that taxes are not included in that amount.

WholesaleDo you offer wholesale pricing?

I do accept small wholesale inquiries due to the handcrafted, limited-edition nature of Roxana Lynch’s pieces. Your wholesale request can include different collections, yet it has to be a minimum of 12 items.

Can you help me to find vintage accessories to complement my headpiece?

Yes! I’m sure I can find in my treasure trunk what you need to rule your look. Or, we can design your accessory incorporating matching vintage components. Please click here to contact me including details and your price point.

When looking for some unique headpiece that I don’t see online, can I still contact you?

Of course! Many times, I have an inventory that is not listed immediately after the production is completed. Remember there is just this lady behind, wearing many hats! Please, let me know what you are looking for here. If I have it in my inventory, I’ll let you know via email.

How will I know if my order was received?

You will get notified by receiving an automated email from us once your order is placed and being processed.

Do I save a product to be bought from others by adding it to my cart?

Mmm, nope! Until the piece is actually sold, it will be still available to others for purchase. You can save it in your cart once you sign up for an account. Your item will remain visible, as a practical way to keep your search out of all the products listed on our website. This is very convenient especially when you didn’t have time to complete your purchase and want to come back later to finish it.

Remember that our collections are very limited. Some products, just one-of-a-kind. I highly recommend, if you love something, grab it for yourself and finish the purchase, because once it is gone, is gone!.

Do you have “available to ship" headpieces at the moment?

Oh, Yes! click here and look for “Ready to Ship!” to see my entire collection of hair adornments and millinery. You will see what is available at the moment and waiting to be shipped to our happy gals. This section is being constantly updated according to my production and demands made for you.

Do you hire / loan / donate your headpieces?

You can hire some of my headwear only for local photoshoots or editorials that not harm in any way the integrity of my pieces.

Event organizers, producers, photographers, videographers, stylists, models, bloggers or any other professional in the industry interested in collaborating, please notice that I have special conditions specified in our page Terms prior to agreeing to our partnership.

Artists, musicians, performers, celebrities or any public figure interested in wearing my headpieces, please, be cool and support my work. My pieces are not factory-made. One the contrary, they are handcrafted in very limited editions, (if not being one-of-a-kind) with infused joyful energy and you will feel it while wearing them. Buy or rent the headpieces and accessories you love. You can afford it. I have already chosen the organizations that lead causes close to my heart. Therefore, I don’t donate my headpieces for other charity or auctions. If you are curious, here you can learn more about these organizations and how I give back to my community.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Customer satisfaction is one of my highest priorities. If for any reason you cannot wait for the expected shipping time, a local pick-up may be available just for established clients based upon certain conditions.

If you are interested in a quick pick-up, once the order has been processed online, let me know by email, specifying on the following:

Subject line: LOCAL PICK UP REQUEST - Full name - order number -

Body: Your phone number and the reason you are requesting a local pick up.

If this is your first time ordering from me, please hit contact to see if it is possible to arrange something special to suit your particular situation.

I reserve the right to choose who is eligible and who is not according to my own judgement.

How long will shipping take?

The time a parcel spends in transit once it is shipped will vary depending on your location. Please visit our shipping section for more details.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number is available upon request for a fee. Please notify me before preparing your order to be shipped.

What happens if I wrote the wrong address?

This is a very time-sensitive situation. Please, contact me me immediately with the accurate information If the address you submitted is incorrect.

If you order already has been shipped, it will be too late to fix the situation. We will not reimburse for items sent to an incorrect address due to a customer error. We can wait to see if the parcel is returned to us by the post service, then I can gladly re-ship the order, always understanding that the client will cover any fee associated with the re-shipment.

Do you offer a rush service?

Yes! We can accommodate a rush service for an additional fee, based upon time and material inventory. Please email me to discuss details about how to expedite your order.

What if my order is delayed by customs?

That escape from our control. Once a parcel is shipped, delays at customs can occur, even though is rare to happen, it is possible. In order to avoid not receiving your order in time, please take possible delays in consideration. I strongly recommend you to place your order at least 3 months before your wedding or big event.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, under certain conditions. For a full explanation of our exchange policy, please visit Returns, and Terms pages.

I strongly advise purchasing your gown before your headpiece to avoid returns or exchanges.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we are unable to accept exchanges on Bespoke Commissions.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long you contact me up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. After that timeframe, unfortunately, I cannot accept any order cancellations.

Are all your orders eligible for return?

Most of our orders are considered a final sale. Take the time to choose your pieces wisely and ask me any questions you may have before purchase from my collections.
